12TH AND MAPLE WINE CO.
12th and Maple Wine Co is a custom crush facility located in the heart of the Oregon Pinot Noir Country in Dundee. We are seeking enthusiastic full time seasonal interns to join our production staff for the 2008 harvest, starting in September and ending in mid-November or beyond. You will participate in all aspects of winemaking from grape to barrel following standard operating procedures. We offer state of the art technology with many new winemaking technologies/equipment, and an opportunity for exposure to different winemaking styles.

We are seeking full time seasonal lab technicians to join our production staff for the 2008 harvest, starting in late August and ending sometime in November or December. We offer state of the art technology for wine labs with instruction and training from a highly skilled research team. This is a fantastic opportunity for exposure to the science behind different winemaking styles and different grape varietals harvested on the west coast.

CONSTELLATION WINES
Constellation Wines is interested in hiring summer interns for the summer of 2008 to work in winegrape vineyards throughout eastern Washington and southern Idaho. Northwest wineries owned by Constellation Wines include Covey Run, Columbia, Ste. Chapelle, and The Hogue Cellars wineries. Winery production facilities are located in Sunnyside and Prosser, WA. Headquarters for the viticulture department will be at the Prosser facility (Hogue Cellars).

VITICULTURE INTERN
STE. MICHELLE WINE ESTATES
Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, leading producer of Washington state premium wines, has several viticulture internships available April, May, June through August, September, October 15, 2008. We are seeking individuals with strong work ethnics, who are self motivated, attentive, like working outside even in high temperatures, and comfortable working alone or as part of a team. The successful candidates will accurately collect and document viticulture field data including: pest and disease levels and damage assessments; cluster counts, vine counts, vine weights; shoot elongation measurements; soil sampling; collection of fruit samples, use a palm pilot for collecting field data, operate an ATV and occasionally assist with research projects within the vineyards.
